Systems Analyst (Java)\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst (Java) to gather and analyse business requirements, design and develop application systems, and support the implementation and maintenance of enterprise and web-based applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather and analyse user requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.\nPerform systems analysis, application and database design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.\nDevelop and enhance Java-based web applications using relevant frameworks and technologies.\nTroubleshoot system issues, conduct quality assurance, and ensure application performance and reliability.\nCoordinate with users, project teams, and vendors to support project delivery and system implementation.\nRequirements\nAt least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design, database design, development, implementation, and quality assurance.\nProficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and web application development using frameworks such as PrimeFaces, React, Angular, or equivalent.\nExperience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, DB2, or Oracle, and persistence frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA.\nKnowledge of JavaScript, XML, AJAX, JSF, REST/SOAP web services, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).\nFamiliarity with Eclipse IDE, web servers, testing tools, Windows, AWS, or mainframe environments.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and vendor management skills.\nAbility to work independently in gathering requirements and translating them into application specifications.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE).\nFamiliarity with COBOL, CICS, DB2, MVS, and JCL in a mainframe environment.\n-Knowledge of Responsive Web Design, Service Component Architecture (SCA), and Web Services for Remote Portlets
