As a “Zenplayer”, you’ll be joining a community of success-driven team players that share the dream of powering a better-connected world.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented procurement and project specialist with foundational supplier negotiation skills, strong project execution capabilities, and effective cross-functional communication skills. You will manage sales-order-driven GPU hardwareprocurement projects from requirements confirmation, supplier sourcing and negotiation through purchase order execution, delivery acceptance, and procurement closeout. This role emphasizes initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn.\nKey Responsibilities\nRequirements and Project Planning:Partner with Sales and relevant teams to confirm hardware requirements, quantities, target delivery dates, and procurement budgets. Develop project plans and track milestones, dependencies, and open issues.\nSupplier Sourcing and Negotiation:Identifyand maintainrelationships with suppliers of GPU hardware and related IT equipment. Request and compare quotations, verify supplier credentials, and negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, warranties, and after-sales terms while evaluating costs and supply risks.\n\nPurchase Order Execution:Coordinate internal approvals, contracts, and purchase orders. Follow up on supplier fulfillment, shipping, logistics, and arrival dates. Work with Finance on payments, invoices, and reconciliation to support procurement closeout and maintainaccurate, transparent records.\n\nDelivery Coordination and Issue Resolution:Coordinate with Technical, Logistics, and Operations teams on equipment acceptance and handover. Proactively address delivery delays, shortages, and specification discrepancies; propose practical alternatives and escalate risks promptly. Technical specifications and hardware substitutions must be confirmed by the Technicalteam.\nCross-Functional Communication and Process Improvement:Keep Sales and other stakeholders informed of procurement and delivery progress, andmanage expectations. Maintain records of costs, lead times, and supplier fulfillment to support improvements in procurement and deliveryworkflows.\nQualifications\nRelevant Industry Experience:At least two years of experience in IT hardware, servers, data centers, cloud infrastructure, or a related industry, with exposure to procurement, supply chain, order fulfillment, or project coordination.\nSupplier Communication and Negotiation:Experience requesting and comparing quotations and negotiating commercial terms. Ability to evaluate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranties and make practical recommendations.In addition to client facing work. \nProject Management and Execution:Ability to develop and maintainproject plans, manage multiple purchase orders, prioritize tasks, track milestonesand ownership, coordinate across teams, and proactively address risks through project completion.\nEnglish and Chinese Proficiency:Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese for supplier negotiations, business correspondence, meetings, and project updates.\nHardware Fundamentals and Learning Agility:Basic understanding of IT hardware concepts and a willingness to proactively learn about GPUs, servers, and related equipment.\nInitiative, Diligence, and Accountability:A self-motivated approach to identifyingissues, taking action, and following through. Strong attention to detail and results, with the judgment to seeksupport or escalateobstacles promptly without repeated reminders.\nAdaptability and Collaboration:Ability to respond to changing orders, delivery schedules, and supply conditions. Clarify critical information, develop workable solutions, and communicate clearly across teams.\nData and Tools:ProficiencyinMicrosoft Suite, especiallyExcel or similar tools to maintainquotation comparisons, purchase order records, and project trackers, ensuring accuracy and traceability.\n\nEducation:Bachelor's degree in businessor related field.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Not Required)\nExperience procuringor coordinating delivery of GPUs, servers, or data center equipment.\nExperience with cross-border procurement, international logistics, or supplier collaboration across time zones.\nExperience using ERP systems, procurement platforms, or project management tools.\nExisting supplier relationships or hands-on experience improving procurement and delivery
