needs.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nMonth-End Close & General Ledger Management\nOwn and execute key aspects of the monthly and quarterly close process\nPrepare and review balance sheet and P&L schedules, ensuring accuracy and proper cut-off across multiple entities and currencies\nPerform variance analysis and resolve discrepancies across general ledger accounts\nCollaborate with other departments and regional finance teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection\nFinancial Reporting\nAssist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting documentation for management and group consolidation\nEnsure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies\nSupport preparation of audit-ready financial statements and footnote disclosures\nAudit & Compliance Support\nCoordinate and respond to external audit requests and inquiries during financial audits\nPrepare audit-ready workpapers with clear support for journal entries, reconciliations, and significant estimates.\nAssist in drafting and reviewing financial statement disclosures (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842, stock-based compensation).\nSupport the design, implementation, and documentation of internal controls over financial reporting in alignment with public standards.\nMonitor compliance with internal accounting policies and company procedures across global entities.\nPartner with finance leadership to ensure compliance with global statutory reporting requirements (e.g., IFRS to US GAAP adjustments).\nTrack and resolve audit findings, recommending process changes to strengthen controls and mitigate risk.\nProcess Improvement & Systems\nIdentify and drive continuous improvements in close timelines, reporting accuracy, and automation opportunities\nAssist with ERP (e.g., NetSuite) system enhancements, chart of accounts management, and workflow updates\nParticipate in accounting system integration and process scaling as the business grows\nSupport accounting projects related to new product launches, global expansion, and tax or legal structure changes\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred)\n7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in public accounting, listed multinational or technology company\nBilingual in English and Chinese is required\nStrong knowledge of US GAAP and experience supporting public company audit standards\nProven expertise in month-end close, account reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting.\nExperience with ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), ASC 842 (Leases), stock-based compensation, and software capitalization.\nDemonstrated ability to work with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Excel.\nSelf-learning mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and accounting guidance.\nDiscipline and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency under tight deadlines.\nProactive approach to identifying issues, streamlining processes, and driving continuous improvement.\nStrong critical thinking skills to analyze complex accounting matters and provide sound recommendations.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global and cross-functional
