with product support to solve operating problems through telephone communication or field visits\n10%\nConducts technical training programs with resellers and customers as required\n10%\nPrepares technical reports for customers and management as required\n5%\nAssists with the field testing of new products to ensure performance reliability\n5%\nAll other duties as
