The candidate should have experience working with IBM Sterling File Gateway, Ansible, Jenkins, and Python to automate and manage secure file-transfer workflows.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Administer, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Managed File Transfer (MFT) environments.\n\n- Work extensively with IBM Sterling File Gateway for secure file transfer and partner integrations.\n\n- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.\n\n- Create and maintain automation playbooks using Ansible.\n\n- Configure and manage CI/CD automation pipelines using Jenkins.\n\n- Automate file-transfer workflows, deployments, operational tasks, and routine administration.\n\n- Monitor MFT jobs, transfers, queues, and system health.\n\n- Troubleshoot failed file transfers, connectivity issues, authentication problems, and application/interface issues.\n\n- Work with internal application teams and external partners to onboard and configure file-transfer interfaces.\n\n- Implement secure file-transfer mechanisms and follow enterprise security standards.\n\n- Support incident, problem, and change management activities.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and automation scripts.\n\n- Participate in production support and provide root-cause analysis for recurring issues.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- Managed File Transfer (MFT)\n\n- IBM
