Are you energized by developing creator strategies that turn cultural insights and authentic partnerships into measurable business impact?\nAs a Director, Creator Marketing at Zeno, you will lead integrated creator programs for a portfolio of clients, bringing deep knowledge of the Canadian creator and talent landscape to strategy and execution. Working closely with clients, creators and cross-functional teams, you will develop programs that connect audience insights, cultural trends and creator partnerships with broader brand and communications objectives.\nThis is an opportunity for an experienced creator marketing leader to counsel clients, lead integrated programs, mentor talent and help grow Zeno's creator capabilities in Canada.\nAbout the Role:\nCreator Strategy & Program Leadership: Develop and lead insight-driven creator strategies that align with client business, brand and communications objectives, overseeing programs from planning through execution, measurement and optimization.\nCreator Partnerships & Cultural Intelligence: Build and maintain relationships with creators, agents, managers and industry partners while staying informed on cultural trends, platform developments and emerging formats shaping the Canadian creator landscape.\nContent & Platform Strategy: Guide creator selection, content strategy and platform approaches across TikTok, Instagram and emerging channels, helping clients develop relevant and authentic audience experiences.\nClient Leadership & Strategic Counsel: Serve as a trusted client advisor, translating cultural and audience insights into clear recommendations and helping clients navigate the evolving creator landscape.\nIntegrated Communications & Performance: Partner across PR, social, paid media, experiential, creative and analytics teams to deliver integrated creator programs and establish measurement approaches that demonstrate performance and impact.\nTeam Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.\nBusiness Growth & Capability Development: Identify opportunities to expand client programs, contribute to new business and help strengthen Zeno's creator marketing capabilities, points of view and best practices.\nFinancial & Operational Management: Oversee scopes, budgets, resources, timelines and deliverables while ensuring programs are strategically sound, effectively managed and aligned with client expectations.\nAbout You:\n8+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, public relations, integrated communications or related fields, preferably within an agency environment.\nDeep understanding of the Canadian creator ecosystem, including platforms, talent tiers, content formats, creator relationships and emerging trends.\nProven success developing and leading creator strategies that support brand, communications and business objectives.\nExperience managing creator partnerships from identification and selection through content development, amplification, measurement and optimization.\nStrong understanding of paid amplification, creator marketing measurement and performance frameworks.\nExperience managing senior client relationships and providing strategic counsel on creator and social media programs.\nExperience leading integrated programs and collaborating across PR, social, paid media, experiential, creative and analytics teams.\nStrong writing, storytelling and presentation skills, with experience developing and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.\nStrong project and account management skills, including experience managing scopes, budgets, resources and multiple client engagements.\nExperience mentoring and developing junior team members.\nCollaborative and adaptable leadership style with curiosity about culture, emerging platforms and evolving audience behaviours.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience leading creator programs for major consumer brands.\nExperience contributing to new business pitches, organic client growth or capability development.\nExperience with creator marketing platforms, social listening tools or measurement solutions.\nExperience developing integrated creator programs across paid, earned, owned and social channels.\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy.\nPay Range: $85,000 to $100,000 CAD/yr.\nAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. In accordance with Ontario's Employment Standards Act (ESA), salary posting ranges can not exceed a $50,000 CAD differential and are required for any role with a maximum salary below $200,000 CAD.\nAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
