Are you energized by managing client relationships, bringing ideas to life and helping teams deliver impactful work?\nZeno is looking for an Account Supervisor to help lead communications for some of the world’s most recognized consumer brands. This role sits at the intersection of earned media, brand storytelling and integrated communications, with the opportunity to shape an always-on news engine while bringing an earned lens to major campaigns, partnerships and cultural moments.\nYou’ll serve as a key day-to-day client lead while also liaising with various internal stakeholders at Zeno (e.g., creative, digital and analytics teams) to turn business and marketing priorities into ideas and stories that break through. We’re looking for someone with strong media instincts who also knows how to lead integrated work, connecting the dots across disciplines and keeping complex programs moving.\nThis role is ideal for someone who likes to be close to the work: spotting the story, shaping the pitch, counseling clients, collaborating with specialists and helping teams turn ambitious ideas into results.\nAbout the Role:\nClient Leadership & Program Management: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, managing projects, communications programs and integrated workstreams while ensuring high-quality execution and strong client service.\nBrand Communications & Storytelling: Contribute to the development of communications strategies, messaging and content that help brands engage audiences and achieve business objectives.\nMedia Engagement: Develop and execute media relations programs, building relationships that drive awareness, engagement and measurable results.\nIntegrated Campaign Execution: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns, events and communications initiatives that align with client goals.\nBusiness Growth & Industry Engagement: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to new capabilities, contribute to business growth and stay connected to industry trends and professional networks.\nTeam Leadership & Collaboration: Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.\nOperational Excellence: Help manage account budgets, timelines, resources and project deliverables while ensuring quality, efficiency and accountability.\nAbout You:\n5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, brand marketing or related fields within an agency or other fast-paced environment.\nExperience developing and executing communications programs that support business and brand objectives.\nStrong understanding of media relations and integrated communications strategies.\nExperience planning and executing events, campaigns or brand activations.\nDemonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively about client challenges and opportunities.\nStrong writing, editing and presentation skills, with experience developing client-facing materials and recommendations.\nExperience building strong client relationships and supporting communications programs.\nStrong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.\nExperience managing budgets, timelines and account operations.\nProven success building relationships with media and industry partners.\nExperience mentoring or supporting junior team members.\nCollaborative mindset with a passion for communications, storytelling and team success.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with consumer or lifestyle brands. \nExperience contributing to integrated campaigns that span earned, owned, social or experiential channels. \nExperience supporting business development or new business initiatives. \nPay Range: $75,000 - $95,000 USD/yr.\nAn employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
