Are you energized by turning complex topics into stories that resonate with consumers, business leaders and the media?\nAs an Account Supervisor, Technology at Zeno, you will help lead integrated communications programs for B2B and consumer technology clients. Working closely with clients, senior team members and cross-functional partners, you will contribute to strategies spanning storytelling, executive visibility, media relations, reputation and product launches.\nThis role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to manage client workstreams, build media relationships, mentor junior team members and help technology brands tell stories that support their business and communications goals.\nAbout the Role:\nClient Management & Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, managing workstreams, providing recommendations and helping execute communications programs across multiple accounts.\n\nMedia Relations & Executive Visibility: Develop and execute earned media and executive visibility programs, including media outreach, thought leadership, spokesperson preparation and key communications moments.\n\nTechnology Storytelling & Content Development: Translate complex technology and business topics into compelling narratives, messaging and communications materials that engage media, customers and other key audiences.\n\nIntegrated Communications & Collaboration: Partner across digital, social, creator, analytics and other disciplines to support integrated programs and bring client strategies to life.\n\nProgram & Account Management: Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables while coordinating across teams to ensure strong execution and client service.\n\nTeam Leadership & Development: Support and mentor junior team members by providing clear direction, feedback and opportunities to build their skills.\n\nBusiness Growth & Agency Collaboration: Contribute to new business pitches and organic growth opportunities while bringing ideas that help strengthen Zeno's Technology capabilities.\n\nAbout You:\n5+ years of experience in technology, brand or corporate communications, public relations or related fields within an agency or similar environment.\n\nExperience managing day-to-day client workstreams and contributing strategic communications recommendations.\n\nStrong understanding of earned media, executive visibility, thought leadership and integrated communications.\n\nExperience translating complex technology or business topics into clear and compelling stories for different audiences.\n\nProven success building relationships with technology, business, trade or industry media and securing meaningful coverage.\n\nStrong writing, editing and presentation skills, with experience developing messaging, media materials and client-facing recommendations.\n\nStrong project and account management skills, including experience managing timelines, budgets and multiple client priorities.\n\nExperience collaborating across integrated teams and communications disciplines.\n\nExperience mentoring or supporting junior team members.\n\nAbility to think strategically and creatively about client communications challenges and opportunities.\n\nCollaborative and adaptable mindset with curiosity about technology, emerging trends and evolving audience behaviors.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting B2B, enterprise or consumer technology clients.\n\nExperience supporting product launches, executive visibility or thought leadership programs.\n\nExperience contributing to new business pitches or organic client growth.\n\nFamiliarity with AI, cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS or other emerging technology sectors.\n\nPay Range: $80,000-$100,000 USD/yr.\nAn employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
