The Data Analyst will support Zeno's Data and Intelligence capabilities by working across media monitoring, social listening, digital analytics and campaign measurement.\nYou will be responsible for working as part of a team of analysts working on various client projects serving both internal stakeholders and external clients across Asia. You will help advance the impact of analytics across Zeno Group as a strategic partner to our clients and they will contribute to a culture of increased data literacy and data-driven decision making.\nThe person in this role will be actively managing multiple projects / programs across several clients and will be comfortable speaking both ‘business’ and ‘data’ with our internal teams, external vendors and our clients to conduct discovery conversations. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical thinking with attention to detail, a willingness to learn new technologies and the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and innovation.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure accuracy, consistency and integrity of datasets through structured data validation, quality checks and troubleshooting.\nSupport data extraction, cleaning, transformation and consolidation across multiple sources, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline workflows.\nDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to monitor performance.\nAnalyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, uncover insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations for clients.\nExplore and apply AI-powered tools to improve research, measurement and reporting efficiency.\nWork side-by-side with junior team members to lead monthly reporting (earned media and digital) and campaign measurement activities for a variety of existing clients.\nConsistently take on and assist in new business data analysis projects to support growth.\nAbout You\nPreferably 1 to 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting or measurement projects required\nHands-on experience with media monitoring, social listening or digital analytics tools such as TalkWalker, MuckRack, Meltwater, Newswhip, Brandwatch, Helixa, Traackr, BuzzSumo, Quid, Similar Web, Google Analytics required.\nAdvanced Excel expertise required - confidence in vlookups, pivot tables, IF statements, creative formula creation and troubleshooting is a must.\nFamiliarity with SQL, Python or other data processing and automation tools is an advantage.\nStrong understanding of PR and marketing initiatives and the various metrics that are associated with them.\nMust be able to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize tasks.\nWorking knowledge of data mining concepts: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems a plus.\nDemonstrate strong understanding of English language as mandatory requirement.\nFluency in APAC languages will be highly valued.\nExcellent presentation and communication skills.\nAbout our Culture, Benefits and Perks\nHealthy, happy employees make Zeno better, so we have programs that support physical, mental and financial wellness.
