You will gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing field of data analytics within communications, developing valuable skills that will serve you throughout your professional career, including:\nData cleaning, preparation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability\nSupport in creating dashboards and visualisations that tell compelling stories from data\nMedia monitoring and coverage analysis across various channels\nAssistance with social listening and sentiment analysis\nExperience using GenAI tools to enhance data processing and analysis workflows\nResearch for client briefs and support on new business pitches\nCollaboration with account teams to develop data-driven recommendations\nAbout You\nPolytechnic or university undergraduates in relevant fields (Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Communications with a quantitative focus)\nFamiliarity with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms\nBasic understanding of data visualisation principles\nDetail-oriented with a methodical approach to work\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights clearly\nSelf-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team\nInterest in communications, media, and the application of data in PR strategies\nExperience with programming languages (Python, R) or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus, but not required\nAbout our Culture, Benefits and Perks\nHealthy, happy employees make Zeno better, so we have programs that support physical, mental and financial wellness.
