You will be on the front lines, engaging with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and representing Zeno’s mission with passion and authenticity.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSales Generation: Drive sales of Zeno Emara through direct customer engagement, field visits, and participation in community events.\n\nCustomer Engagement: Build strong relationships with boda boda riders, fleet operators, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and promote Zeno’s value proposition.\n\nLead Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers through effective sales strategies.\n\nProduct Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase the features and benefits of Zeno’s electric motorcycles.\n\nSales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to support data-driven decision-making.\n\nCollaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.\n\nEvent Participation: Represent Zeno at trade shows, roadshows, product launches, and other promotional events to drive brand awareness and sales.\n\nQualifications\n\n2+ years of experience in a high intensity environment\n\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customer groups, especially with boda boada communities.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.\n\nFluency in English and Swahili;
