You will coordinate and lead all aspects of project delivery from initiation through planning, delivering, monitoring to closing.\nThe role covers the UK&I, Middle East and Africa and is primarily UK based.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead teams in scoping activities to identify, gather and analyze requirements, define key business drivers and define an effective and innovative solution\nManagement of end-to-end project life cycle: effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and execution (including risks management, budget, timeline and others) and related reporting\nManagement of project resourcing and commercials including forecasting, time management and invoicing\nProject communication to client and/or partner and internally within organisation \nAccountable for ensuring projects are delivered to quality standards\nCustomer focus and results driven - help customer to succeed in their digital transformation journey by providing mentorship, industry leading practices and advice on Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions\nWork with other teams to provide customer with the One Adobe experience\nActive participation in PMO practice development\nWhat you'll need to succeed\nStrong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor (or mixed vendor / customer background)\nDemonstrated project management experience with experience in Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions\nExperience in implementing Adobe solutions: AEM, AEP, and ideally other solutions like Campaign, Commerce\nAbility to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects\nOutstanding at problem-solving, with expertise in risk management, prioritization, and delivering presentations up to the Executive level within an organization.\nExperience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUM\nA professional project management qualification & business consulting background\nAbility to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones & full fluency in English.
