BUSINESS FINANCE MANAGER

Zensar Technologies Limited is looking for a proactive Business Finance Manager to join its Finance department. The role will focus on applying Ind AS 115 revenue-recognition guidelines, handling complex accounting tasks, and partnering with business teams to provide insightful financial analysis that drives strategic decisions. Advanced Excel expertise and strong communication skills are essential.

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with Ind AS 115.
• Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Resolve complex accounting issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data.
• Maintain and enhance financial reporting processes and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audit activities and address auditor queries.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for financial analysis and reporting.

• Chartered Accountant.
• 1-3 years of finance experience in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS 115 revenue-recognition guidelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, macros).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex financial tasks with high attention to detail
• Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting standards.
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
