TITLE: Technology Business Consultant Senior - Prof Services

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a 3-6 years experienced Consulting professional to join our Trading and Asset Services - Back Office practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery
- Conduct requirements workshops and solution design sessions
- Configure and implement software to meet client needs
- Deliver training and post-go-live support
DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE (REQUIRED)
Data / Reconciliation platforms domain knowledge, IntelliMatch / DIM experience, Multi-environment setups (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD, DR)
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong technical experience with reconciliation platforms, preferably IntelliMatch / Data Integrity Manager (DIM)
Proven hands-on experience with IntelliMatch installation, upgrades, and environment setup
Solid expertise in Windows Server environments and SQL Server (installation, configuration, upgrades)
Experience managing multi-environment setups (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD, DR)
Ability to perform technical troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance support
Knowledge of high-availability, DR setups, and failover concepts
Experience conducting technical health checks and performance tuning
PREFERRED SKILLS
Exposure to cloud or hybrid deployments (Azure / hosted environments)
Experience with reporting, archival, or document management components
Basic understanding of ETL processes and data flows
Ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and DBAs
