to improve the stability, availability, and performance of VDI, desktop, and application services.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ControlUp, Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows administration, and PowerShell automation, along with a solid understanding of ITIL-based service management practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nControlUp Administration & Monitoring\nManage and maintain the ControlUp monitoring platform across enterprise environments.\nDevelop dashboards, alerts, reports, and monitoring policies for proactive issue identification.\nMonitor end-user experience metrics and analyze performance trends.\nConfigure and optimize ControlUp Real-Time DX, Insights, and automation capabilities.\nPerformance Analysis & Troubleshooting\nInvestigate and resolve user experience, application, desktop, and VDI performance issues.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and service degradations.\nAnalyze resource utilization, log data, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks.\nRecommend and implement corrective and preventive measures.\nVDI Platform Support\nSupport and optimize:Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops\nVMware Horizon\nAzure Virtual Desktop (AVD)\n\nMonitor session health, application performance, login durations, and user experience KPIs.\nCollaborate with infrastructure teams to improve platform performance and reliability.\nAutomation & Continuous Improvement\nDevelop PowerShell scripts and automated actions for issue remediation and operational efficiency.\nImplement self-healing and automated recovery solutions using ControlUp automation.\nDrive continuous service improvement initiatives focused on end-user experience.\nIncident, Problem & Service Management\nSupport Major Incident Management activities and provide technical expertise during service outages.\nParticipate in Problem Management reviews and root cause analysis sessions.\nMaintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\nFollow ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.\nReporting & Stakeholder Communication\nCreate executive-level reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.\nPresent service health metrics and improvement recommendations to leadership and customers.\nProvide regular updates on user experience trends, risks, and remediation activities.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nTechnical Skills\nExpert knowledge of ControlUp Monitoring and Analytics\nExperience with ControlUp Script Actions and
