This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.\nAbout the Role\nClient is seeking a Datacenter Site Operations Lead to support a large-scale infrastructure and cloud operations environment. This role will be responsible for operational governance, production readiness, infrastructure visibility, compliance support, and cross-functional coordination across datacenter operations.\nThe ideal candidate will bring a blend of datacenter operational expertise, infrastructure governance experience, and strong stakeholder management skills. This individual will help ensure datacenter environments transition successfully from deployment into production operations while maintaining operational excellence, scalability, and compliance standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nDatacenter Operations & Infrastructure Management\nManage and maintain visibility across datacenter infrastructure, including power, cooling, rack utilization, capacity, and operational health.\nEstablish and track operational KPIs and metrics to measure datacenter readiness, performance, and reliability.\nMonitor infrastructure capacity allocations and ensure accurate lifecycle management and reporting.\nMaintain operational discipline across systems of record and infrastructure documentation.\nOperational Readiness & Production Transition\nLead operational acceptance and production handoff activities for newly deployed datacenter environments.\nValidate operational readiness criteria alongside engineering, build, and operations teams.\nEnsure monitoring, documentation, processes, ownership models, and capacity controls are established prior to operational acceptance.\nIdentify readiness gaps and drive remediation efforts before systems enter production.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nServe as a key liaison between infrastructure, operations, engineering, platform, facilities, and reliability teams.\nCoordinate operational escalations, issue resolution efforts, and dependency management activities.\nCommunicate operational health, risks, and constraints to technical teams and leadership stakeholders.\nTranslate complex infrastructure issues into actionable business and operational recommendations.\nGovernance, Compliance & Process Improvement\nAudit operational governance processes and maintain infrastructure data accuracy.\nDevelop and improve SOPs, operational standards, readiness processes, and reporting methodologies.\nSupport compliance initiatives and audit readiness activities.\nEstablish controls that ensure quality, completeness, and consistency of infrastructure asset and operational data.\nContinuous Improvement\nDrive initiatives focused on operational excellence, monitoring improvements, and datacenter process optimization.\nLead corrective actions that improve reliability, scalability, and operational maturity.\nCapture lessons learned and implement improvements across future deployments and operational transitions.\nDevelop repeatable operational frameworks and standards that support global growth.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Datacenter Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.\n7+ years of experience supporting enterprise datacenter, cloud infrastructure, hyperscale environments, or high-density compute operations.\nStrong understanding of datacenter infrastructure including:\nPower systems\n\nCooling systems\n\nCapacity management\n\nRack and space utilization\n\nInfrastructure monitoring\n\nOperational readiness processes\n\nExperience coordinating across engineering, facilities, operations, reliability, and infrastructure organizations.\nExperience developing and managing operational KPIs, governance processes, and systems of record.\nWorking knowledge of DCIM platforms, datacenter asset management, and infrastructure data management practices.\nExperience supporting operational acceptance, production handoff, compliance, and audit readiness programs.\nExcellent communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting hyperscale or large-scale cloud infrastructure environments.\nStrong understanding of datacenter operational governance and production operations models.\nExperience supporting compliance and infrastructure audit frameworks.\nDemonstrated ability to identify operational risks and drive resolution across multiple teams.\nExperience building scalable operational processes and standards within rapidly growing environments.\nAbility to influence technical and business stakeholders without direct authority.\nStrong systems-thinking approach with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nZensar believes that diversity of backgrounds, thought, experience, and expertise fosters the robust exchange of ideas that enables the highest quality collaboration and work product.
