availability.\nImplement failover mechanisms to minimize downtime in case of server failures.\n\nCapacity Planning:Monitor database growth and resource utilization.\nPlan for and implement necessary scaling strategies to accommodate data growth.\n\nAutomation:Develop scripts and automate routine database maintenance tasks.\nImplement database deployment automation processes.\n\nCollaboration:Collaborate with development teams to optimize SQL queries and improve database design.\nWork with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of databases with applications.\n\n Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of database configurations, procedures, and policies.\n\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).\nProven experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator.\nIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server versions and related technologies.\nProficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.\nStrong understanding of database security, backup, and recovery.\nFamiliarity with high availability and disaster recovery concepts.\nScripting skills (e.g., T-SQL, PowerShell) for automation.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) are a
