design authority reviews to ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and adhere to MuleSoft best practices.\n Collaborate with enterprise architects to align integration strategy with the broader technology roadmap.\n Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MuleSoft developers on complex implementation challenges.\n Evaluate and select appropriate deployment models such as CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and on-premises.\n Define monitoring and alerting strategies for integration flows to ensure operational excellence.\n Drive the development of reusable integration assets and patterns to accelerate delivery.\n Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout integration solutions.\n 10+ years of IT experience with a focus on integration technologies.\n 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.\n Deep expertise in API-led connectivity, API design, and governance.\n Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or health insurance domain projects.\n Strong knowledge of deployment options: CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and on-premises.\n Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for integrations.\n Solid understanding of security standards, OAuth, JWT, and data privacy regulations.\n Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent
