Non Voice - Data Entry
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Executive to handle end-to-end order processing. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Process and validate customer orders in Oracle Ensure purchase orders meet compliance standards Track order status and resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate order records and documentation Generate order-related reports Communicate professionally with customers Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Non-IT) Experience in order management or customer service Proficient in Oracle Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy Excellent communication and multitasking skills Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Oracle.
- Review and validate purchase orders for completeness and compliance.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all order transactions.
- Generate reports related to order processing and fulfillment.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding order updates and inquiries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related field preferred. ( Non IT Profile)
- 1-3 years of experience in order management or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fusion, Salesforce).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
