  • Leadqualityimprovementinitiativesusingcontinuousimprovementmethodologies.
  • Analyzeprocessperformance,qualitymetrics,anddefecttrendstoidentifyimprovementopportunities.
  • Conductrootcauseanalysis(RCA)andimplementcorrectiveandpreventiveactions(CAPA).
  • Developandmaintainqualitystandards,procedures,anddocumentation.
  • Collaboratewithengineering,operations,product,andbusinessteamstoimproveprocessefficiency.
  • Monitorkeyqualityindicators(KPIs)andpreparequalityperformancereports.
  • Facilitateaudits,inspections,andcomplianceassessments.
  • Performriskassessmentsandrecommendmitigationstrategies.
  • DriveLean,SixSigma,Kaizen,andcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.
  • Ensureadherencetoorganizationalqualitystandardsandregulatoryrequirements.
  • Providetrainingandguidanceonqualityprocessesandbestpractices.
  • Supportcustomerissueresolutionbyidentifyingrootcausesandimplementingsustainablesolutions.
