deployments, hotfixes, and patch management activities.\nCollaborate with business users to resolve functional issues and provide timely updates.\nMaintain data integrity and handle data fixes using tools like Data Loader or scripts.\nParticipate in on-call rotation or support coverage model as required.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop custom Salesforce solutions, features, and integrations.\nPerform system administration activities including user management, security, workflows, and data configuration.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.\nGather and analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.\nStay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements.\nTechnical Skills & Qualifications\n5+ years of experience on the Salesforce (Force.com) platform.\nStrong expertise in at least one domain: CPQ / L2O / Order Management / Fulfillment / Salesforce Billing.\n1-2+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities/limitations.\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and governor limits.\nDevelopment Skills\nApex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods)\nLightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components\nVisualforce Pages and Controllers\nREST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and integrations\nStrong unit testing practices and code coverage\nData & Integration\nProficient in SOQL/SOSL\nExperience with bulk data operations and data migration\nIntegration experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred\nUnderstanding of middleware tools is a plus\nDevOps & Tools\nExperience with version control and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Copado, ANT, Metadata API)\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies\nCertifications (Preferred)\nSalesforce Administrator\nSalesforce Platform Developer I\nSalesforce CPQ Specialist\nSalesforce Billing Specialist (preferred for billing-focused roles)\nSalesforce JavaScript Developer I\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving
