Operations\n- Lead AMS team to support SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM,WM, ABAP etc.)\n- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.\n- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.\n- Monitor system performance and drive root cause analysis for recurring issues.\nProject & Enhancement Management\n- Plan and manage minor enhancements, break-fix work, and service requests.\n- Coordinate with functional and technical consultants for issue resolution and improvements.\n- Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation.\nStakeholder & Team Management\n- Serve as the primary contact for business users, IT stakeholders, and vendors.\n- Participate in governance meetings and prepare reporting dashboards.\n- Maintain high team morale and foster a collaborative environment.\nContinuous Improvement & Compliance\n- Assess AMS delivery efficiency and implement best practices.\n- Support audits and compliance requirements.\n- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and AMS best practices.\n Required Qualifications\n- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n- 5+ years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3 years in AMS.\n- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.\n- Familiarity with ITSM tools like Solution Manager, ServiceNow, or JIRA.\n- SAP Experience in relevant modules.\n- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n- Knowledge of ITIL framework and AMS methodologies.\nPreferred Skills\n- PMP or equivalent project management certification.\n- Experience in managing AMS transitions and hypercare phases.\n- Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nService Delivery KPIs\n- Incident Resolution Time: Average time taken to resolve incidents.\n- First-Time Fix Rate: Percentage of issues resolved without escalation.\n- SLA Compliance Rate: Percentage of tickets resolved within agreed SLA timelines.\n- System Uptime: Percentage of time SAP systems are available and operational.\nProject & Enhancement KPIs\n- Enhancement Delivery Timeliness: Percentage of enhancements delivered on or before the planned date.\n- Change Request Cycle Time: Average time taken to implement approved changes.\n- Defect Density: Number of defects per enhancement or release.\nCustomer Satisfaction KPIs\n- User Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Feedback rating from end-users or business stakeholders.\n- Stakeholder Engagement Index: Frequency and quality of interactions with key stakeholders.\nTeam & Resource Management KPIs\n- Resource Utilization Rate: Percentage of time team members are productively engaged.\n- Knowledge Retention & Documentation: Completeness and accuracy of support documentation and knowledge base.\n- Training & Skill Development Hours: Time invested in upskilling AMS team members.\nFinancial & Compliance KPIs\n- Budget Adherence: Actual spend vs. planned budget for AMS operations.\n- Audit Compliance Rate: Number of successful audits without major findings.\n- License & Contract Compliance: Adherence to SAP licensing and vendor
