Coaching & Mentoring\nCoach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.\nAct as a servant leader by fostering self-organizing and high-performing teams.\nIdentify team challenges and provide guidance to improve productivity and delivery effectiveness.\nSupport conflict resolution and facilitate constructive discussions among team members.\nPlanning & Governance\nManage sprint planning, release planning, backlog prioritization, and capacity planning activities.\nTrack Agile delivery metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.\nMaintain and monitor RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).\nEnsure effective dependency management across multiple teams and workstreams.\nSupport delivery governance and project reporting activities.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and senior leadership to align delivery objectives with business priorities.\nProvide regular delivery status updates and proactive communication of risks and issues.\nFacilitate decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.\nManage expectations and ensure Experience\nMandatory Skills\n8+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile delivery teams.\nStrong hands-on experience with Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.\nProven experience leading Agile transformation and scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and programs.\nStrong understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Product Delivery frameworks.\nExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional distributed teams.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.\nStrong coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and servant leadership capabilities.\nExpertise in backlog management, sprint planning, release planning, and Agile performance metrics.\nStrong risk, issue, dependency, and governance management experience.\nProven ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams and delivery streams.\nExperience identifying and removing delivery impediments to improve team performance.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nExperience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.\nStrong commercial awareness with the ability to balance business priorities and delivery objectives.\nAbility to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in large-scale enterprise Agile delivery programs.\nExposure to Digital Transformation initiatives.\nKnowledge of Cloud, Data, Analytics, and Enterprise Technology platforms.\nExperience working with third-party vendors, partners, and managed service providers.\nExposure to Utilities, Energy, or Infrastructure industry projects.\nUnderstanding of Enterprise Architecture, Solution Design, and Technology Governance frameworks.\nCertifications (Mandatory)\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)\nSAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe
