initiatives.\nFoster self-organizing, cross-functional, and high-performing teams.\nDelivery Management\nMonitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of commitments.\nTrack team velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics.\nIdentify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.\nSupport release planning and roadmap execution.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.\nFacilitate communication between business stakeholders and delivery teams.\nProvide regular project status updates and reports to leadership.\nEnsure alignment of project goals with business objectives.\nTeam Coaching & Mentoring\nCoach team members on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.\nEncourage accountability, collaboration, and transparency.\nResolve conflicts and remove obstacles affecting team productivity.\nDrive Agile maturity and organizational transformation initiatives.\nContinuous Improvement\nAnalyze team performance and implement process improvements.\nPromote Lean and Agile best practices across the organization.\nSupport Agile adoption initiatives and training programs.\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.\n5+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years of Scrum Master experience.\nProven experience leading Agile teams in software development environments.\nStrong facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.\nCertifications
