You will guide -quality delivery of integration\nThis position requires strong facilitation skills, technical depth, and the ability to collaborate with development, product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nTeam Facilitation\nLead Agile/Scrum ceremonies for the development team (stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives)\n\nEnsure team follows Agile principles and DIH delivery standards\n\nPartner with the Business Analyst to break down initiatives into sprint-level work and maintain a healthy backlog\n\nTrack team progress, manage risks, and ensure transparency across stakeholders\n\nIdentify and remove impediments that block team progress\n\nDrive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and actionable follow ups\n\nPromote Agile best practices and help mature DIH’s delivery processes\n\nTechnical Support\nInteract with Product Owners, Business Analyst, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications\n\nParticipate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements\n\nWrite technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements\n\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and integration needs\n\nAssist the development team in designing process flows, code reviews, testing and debugging of applications\n\nWork with Development Manager to ensure all integration workflows, connectors, and API interactions follow security standards and industry best practices\n\nSupport security reviews, audits, and remediation activities as part of the development lifecycle\n\nChampion a quality first mindset across the Scrum team, ensuring that testing, validation, and peer review are embedded into every stage of development\n\nCollaborate with QA engineers to define clear acceptance criteria, test strategies, and quality gates for all connector and integration work\n\nPromote automated testing practices where possible to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.\n\nCollaborate with QA Manager to monitor quality metrics (defect rates, escaped defects, test coverage, cycle time) and drive continuous improvement based on trends.\n\nCollaborate with QA & DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery.\n\nTrain and communicate with internal teams (Client Training, Client Relationship, Professional Services, Sales) on DIH applications and integrations.\n\nSupport the Business Analyst or Product Owner in preparing release notes, training materials, and technical documentation.\n\nPosition Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer scienceor other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience\n\nScrum Master or other servant leadership experience\n\nExperience supporting ETL or integration focused development teams\n\nStrong understanding of Agile frameworks, delivery metrics, and team level coaching\n\nHands-on experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) technologies\n\nProficiency in ETL development using tools such as Adeptia, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or similar platforms (Adeptia preferred)\n\nStrong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities with diplomacy\n\nDeep understanding of API-driven architectures (SOAP/REST), including modern authentication methods\n\nStrong SQL skills and familiarity with JavaScript, or equivalent programming language\n\nFamiliarity with secure coding practices, especially around data movement and API consumption\n\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices\n\nUnderstanding of data modeling concepts, including schemas, transformations, and data lineage\n\nAbility to analyze and document complex business and technical processes\n\nIdeal candidate has previous experience in the FinTech industry with exposure to financial markets, private equity, or investment accounting\n\nKnowledge of end-to-end software development life cycles, e.g., Agile, SAFeAgile\n\nStrong interpersonal communication skills\n\nExcellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills\n\nExperience working with globally distributed teams.\n\nExcellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills\n\nAbout Digital Integration Hub\nDigitalIntegration Hub (DIH) team is structured horizontally across Trading& Asset Services business and aims to build and rebuild digital connectors between internal products as well as third-party partners.
