Site enhancements, support and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis.\nStrong sense of ownership for successful delivery across all the SDLC phases - design, execution, bug-fixes, documentation, delivery and maintenance.\nReview and continuously improve the quality of code for themselves and the team following the development best practices, processes and guidelines.\nFlexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines are required attributes.\nSkills required:\nMinimum 7+ years of experience as a FE lead developer building large scale web applications.\nWorked on at least 2 AEM Agile projects and understands how the FE workflow works with AEM stack. Preference is given to candidates who have maintained or architected the FE for large scale AEM applications.\nWorked on atleast one full cycle AEM EDS implementation project and fluent with AEM EDS block concepts, Universal Editor and EDS building blocks.\nWell versed in software design patterns and principles and understand browser quirks, responsive designs, web performance and optimization. Emphasis is more on design, architecture, writing modular reusable code for scale and performance.\nDetailed knowledge of OO JavaScript (ES2015 is a plus) including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.\nDeep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (SAAS, LESS) in a responsive design framework.\nProficiency in JavaScript and frameworks - (JQuery, React.js, Vue.js, Angular.js). Experience working with or building unified UI libraries.
