monitoring, access control, logging, and configuration.\n Build, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines for automated deployments and rollbacks.\n Manage release and deployment processes, promoting application changes and third-party products while ensuring stability.\n Proactively monitor application and infrastructure health with Azure Log Analytics and APM tools, responding to alerts.\n Conduct incident, problem, and event management, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and permanent fixes.\n Support Windows Server (2016+) and IIS-hosted applications, ensuring platform reliability.\n Maintain and troubleshoot Management Information platforms such as SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI.\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated financial services environment following ITIL practices.\n Drive automation, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the application lifecycle.\n 3+ years of experience supporting Windows Server 2016 or later and IIS-hosted applications.\n Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) and Azure Log Analytics.\n Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and release automation.\n Knowledge of SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, and related data platforms.\n Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and integration layers.\n Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments.\n Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.\n Experience with APM tools such as ManageEngine Applications Manager, LogicMonitor, or PagerDuty.\n Exposure to Microsoft BizTalk, SharePoint, or Dynamics is a plus.\n Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production-focused, change-driven
