Manage data migration, cut-over planning and post-go-live support.\n Provide commercial estimation, change management and governance oversight.\n Mentor and lead delivery leads and technical architects across multiple workstreams.\n 10-15+ years experience in ERP/CRM transformation programmes.\n 8+ years in solution architecture and delivery leadership.\n Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Financials.\n Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Power Pages.\n Strong background in enterprise integration (REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).\n Proven track record in data migration, reporting and release management.\n Demonstrated executive stakeholder management and customer-facing leadership.\n Experience managing global delivery teams and parallel workstreams.\n Strong commercial, estimation and change management capabilities.\n Successful delivery of complex digital transformation
