This role partners directly with clients, leads technical workstreams, and contributes to shaping the overall solution architecture.\nPrimary Responsibilities (Technical + Solutioning Hybrid)\nTechnical Leadership\nArchitect and implement advanced system configurations for Asset Finance solutions.\n\nDesign and develop complex integrations, APIs, extensions, and data models.\n\nLead technical troubleshooting, performance optimization, and environmental readiness.\n\nOversee data migration approach, validation strategy, and cutover execution.\n\nFunctional & Consulting Responsibilities\nLead requirement-gathering workshops with clients and translating needs into functional + technical designs.\n\nDefine solution scope, system architecture, and configuration strategy.\n\nAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.\n\nValidate business processes such as quote-to-contract, in-life servicing, and accounting flows.\n\nProvide guidance on best practices, domain standards, and product capabilities.\n\nSupport project managers in planning, risk management, and solution delivery governance.\n\nSolutioning & Advisory Mindset\nRecommend approaches that balance configuration vs customization.\n\nIdentify gaps, create solution options, and present impact assessments to clients.\n\nContribute to design authority discussions and ensure solution alignment.\n\nMentor junior consultants on functional and technical topics.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong technical background with expertise in Asset Finance systems.\n\nAdvanced SQL, data modeling, ETL migration, and interface development experience.\n\nDeep knowledge of asset finance domains, including Assets & Residual Value Management, Asset Finance accounting fundamentals, Auto-Leasing and Equipment Finance Concepts, Hire Purchase & loan structures, In-Life contract servicing, Quote to contract lifecycle.\n\nProven experience in designing integrations using APIs, XML, web services.\n\nStrong functional understanding of business workflows and finance operations.\n\nExcellent communication, documentation, and client-facing consulting skills.\n\nMay have to work in different time zone shifts to overlap with client working hours\n\nExperience: 1-12 years\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading consulting or professional services delivery.\n\nBackground in solution architecture or technical design authority.\n\nExposure to cloud deployment, security models, or microservices.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile methodology and enterprise delivery frameworks.\n\nZensar believes that diversity of backgrounds, thought, experience, and expertise fosters the robust exchange of ideas that enables the highest quality collaboration and work product.
