technical documentation.\nManage capital projects from concept through commissioning.\nTroubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues.\nEnsure compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, ISA, IEEE standards.\nCoordinate contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.\nSupport reliability improvements, root-cause analysis, and change management.Qualifications\n\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.\n8+ years in electrical, automation, or control systems engineering.\n3+ years of engineering leadership experience.\nStrong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, MCCs, VFDs, and instrumentation.\nExperience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and industrial networks.\nProven success leading engineering teams and projects.\nPreferred\nPE license.\nMaster’s degree in engineering or business.\nExperience in industrial manufacturing or process industries.\nPMP or automation/reliability certifications.\nFamiliarity with industrial cybersecurity and Industry
