Group Product Manager

We are looking for a Group Product Manager to take a senior leadership role in shaping and scaling Zenskar's product strategy. This is a high-ownership role for a product leader who enjoys solving complex B2B SaaS, fintech, AI and platform problems and can operate across product strategy, execution, customers and people leadership. You will work closely with the founders, engineering, design, sales, solutions and customer success teams to define the product vision and build products that solve mission-critical revenue and finance workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap across key areas of Zenskar's platform.
• Lead multiple product initiatives spanning billing, usage metering, revenue recognition, collections, integrations and AI-powered workflows.
• Translate complex customer and business problems into simple, scalable product experiences.
• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their billing, monetisation, and revenue challenges.
• Drive the complete product lifecycle: discovery, strategy, prioritisation, execution, launch, and adoption.
• Partner deeply with Engineering and Design to build reliable, scalable and intuitive products.
• Define product metrics and use data, customer insights and business outcomes to drive prioritisation.
• Build and scale product processes as the organisation grows.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Product Managers while raising the overall product bar.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
• Work with the leadership team on long-term product and company strategy.

Requirements:

• 6-12 years of product management experience, with significant experience owning complex B2B or enterprise products.
• Experience managing multiple product areas and/or Product Managers.
• Strong track record of taking products from 01 and/or scaling products from early stage to significant adoption.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, fintech, payments, billing, monetisation, data infrastructure or developer platforms.
• Strong technical fluency, comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data models, system architecture and AI/ML concepts with engineering teams.
• Excellent customer empathy and ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and enterprise customers.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term product vision.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and executive presence.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Strong people leadership and mentoring skills.
