The ideal candidate should be strong in native Android development and also have practical experience with Flutter/Dart.\nResponsibilities:\nTake end-to-end ownership of Android application development and maintenance.\nDevelop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin.\nDevelop and enhance cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart.\nUnderstand existing mobile application architecture and improve it where required.\nConvert business requirements and UI/UX designs into reliable mobile applications.\nIntegrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and external services.\nImplement secure, scalable, and maintainable mobile application architecture.\nDebug application issues and resolve production bugs efficiently.\nMonitor and improve application performance, stability, and responsiveness.\nManage Android application builds, signing, and production releases.\nPublish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store.\nWork with Firebase and other mobile services where required.\nImplement analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, and other mobile capabilities.\nParticipate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.\nUse Git for source-code management and collaborative development.\nWrite technical documentation for important features and application components.\nWork with product/business stakeholders to understand requirements and suggest technical/product improvements.\nTake responsibility for the complete mobile development lifecycle from requirements to production.\nStay updated with Android, Kotlin, Flutter, and mobile development best practices.\nRequirements:\nStrong hands-on experience in Android application development.\nExcellent knowledge of Kotlin.\nGood understanding of Android SDK and Android application architecture.\nExperience with Android Studio.\nExperience with REST APIs and JSON.\nExperience integrating third-party APIs/SDKs.\nUnderstanding of Android UI, navigation, lifecycle, and background processing.\nExperience with debugging, performance optimization, and crash resolution.\nExperience publishing applications to the Google Play
