This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, fostering client relationships, and ensuring timely fulfillment of critical staffing needs.\n\nProfile Summary:\n\nPosition - Delivery Manager\n\nExperience - 8 to 12 Years\n\n Location - Jaipur/ Bengaluru/ Noida (5 Days a Week)\n\nNotice Period - Immediate Joiners Preferred\n\nJob-Type - Fulltime/ Permanent\n\nSkills Required:\n\nClient Relationship Management:\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned C2H client accounts in addition to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand client requirements thoroughly.\n\nRecruitment Strategy and Execution:\n\nProven experience in managing end-to-end delivery at specific accounts such as Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, LTI Mindtree, Wipro.\n\nProven experience on technologies like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and other niche technologies.\n\nDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to C2H positions.\n\nPerform initial screenings, conduct reference checks, negotiate salary, relocation packages, and facilitate client interviews.
