You will not be shadowing or \"supporting\" a sales team, you will be doing the work from week one, with direct guidance from the founders.\nYour job is to open doors: find the right people at the right companies, start real conversations, and hand over qualified opportunities to the founders. The outreach is in German, targeting decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise accounts across DACH.\nAt Zentio, you will:\nResearch target accounts and identify the right contacts\nJoin us at industry trade fairs and events\nDo cold calls\nRun first qualification conversations\nBook and hold demos\nKeep the CRM up to date\nYou will see the full sales cycle from the start. You will learn how enterprise deals begin and have a track record to prove it.\nRequirements\nNo prior sales experience needed. We care more about how you think and communicate than what has been on your CV so far.\nMust have\nCurrently enrolled at a university in Germany (Werkstudent status required)\nNative or near-native German\nGood English for internal communication with the team\nComfortable picking up the phone and talking to people you do not know\nOrganized and reliable: you follow up, you document, you do not let things slip\nGenuinely curious about B2B software and how enterprise companies make decisions\nGood to have\nAny experience talking to customers or clients - e.g. sales, retail, hospitality\nFamiliarity with CRM tools or other Sales tools\nInterest in industrial manufacturing and production planning and the problems the industry faces\nBenefits\nDirect mentorship from the founders, not a junior manager\nA front-row seat to how early-stage B2B sales actually works\nClear path to a full-time role after graduation for the right person\nStructured sales training with an experienced sales coach\nPerformance-based commission on top of your hourly rate\nSend us your CV and a couple sentences on why you are the right person for this role.\nIf it is a fit, you will hear from us within a few days.
