Through continuous improvement projects and digital solutions, you will contribute to improvements in productivity, quality, cost, compliance, and operational visibility.\nYou will join the site’s continuous improvement team and work closely with colleagues across production, quality, engineering, supply chain, IT, and other functions.\nKey Responsibilities and Duties\nIdentify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement within manufacturing and supporting processes.\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, root-cause analysis, and structured problem-solving.\nDesign and implement improved processes, systems, and ways of working.\nDefine appropriate performance indicators and evaluate the impact of process changes through before-and-after analysis.\nDevelop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and automated KPI reports using data from different sources.\nTransform operational data into practical insights that support timely, fact-based decisions.\nSupport digital manufacturing initiatives involving MES, electronic batch records, data analytics, and Industry 4.0 concepts.\nDevelop or improve analytical models and reporting tools that provide clear operational insights.\nStrengthen pull systems, flow, standard work, visual management, and performance management practices.\nResearch, test, and implement process improvements while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.\nEnsure that implemented improvements are visible, measurable, sustained, and adopted by the relevant teams.\nManage several improvement and digitalization projects in parallel, ensuring appropriate planning, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up.\nCollaborate with stakeholders at different organizational levels and act as a business partner for department leaders.\nQualifications & Required Skills\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or another relevant technical field.\nAt least five years of overall professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.\nRelevant experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, Lean engineering, or industrial engineering.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent hands-on experience.\nGood knowledge of Power BI, including developing and maintaining reports from different data sources.\nExperience automating reports and improving the availability and visibility of operational KPIs.\nStrong analytical, structured, logical, and critical-thinking skills.\nA proactive and autonomous approach, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working constructively.\nStrong problem-solving and project management skills.\nAbility to coordinate multiple projects and maintain focus on agreed outcomes.\nClear communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with production teams, engineers, managers, and colleagues from different functions.\nEnglish advanced.\nOur Recruitment Process\nTo be considered for this role, please apply through our Applicant Tracking System and refrain from sending your CV by email.\nFollowing the completion of the sourcing period, all applications will be reviewed by our recruitment experts and evaluated against the requirements of the role.
