implementation\n\nHands-on experience with asynchronous processing — message queues, background workers, event-driven architecture\n\nExperience with Docker and containerised deployment\n\nPractical Azure experience\n\nStrong testing discipline and production ownership\n\nGood communication skills and ability to work independently\nNice to Have:\n\nKubernetes, Helm and infrastructure as code\n\nPostgreSQL and NoSQL databases at scale\n\nExperience mentoring engineers or leading a small team\n\nExposure to LLM integration within backend services\n\nExperience in a consulting or
