infrastructure for dev teams.\n\nInfrastructure as Code: Build, automate, and maintain cloud environments using Terraform.\n\nKubernetes Operations: Administer, optimize, and operate enterprise-grade Kubernetes clusters at scale.\n\nDevOps & Developer Enablement: Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and implement GitHub Enterprise as the core development platform.\n\nObservability & Security: Build monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions (Grafana, Prometheus), define operational standards, and ensure cloud security compliance.\n\nReliability & Incident Management: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, automate operational tasks, and maintain high availability and stability across environments.\n\n🎓 Our Perfect Match (Requirements):\n\nHands-on Experience: Several years of proven experience as a Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or SRE in large-scale or enterprise environments.\n\nAWS & Infrastructure as Code: Deep, hands-on AWS expertise alongside extensive Terraform automation experience.\n\nKubernetes at Scale: Multi-year experience operating Kubernetes clusters supporting high application density and complex operational requirements.\n\nTooling & Platform Stack: Direct experience with GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD processes, and modern observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).\n\nMindset & Independence: Strong hands-on mentality, proven ability to independently design and implement technical concepts, and a focus on operational automation.\n\n➕ Nice to Have:\n\nExperience in Energy, Trading, or Financial Services sectors.\n\nBackground in Developer Enablement, Platform Engineering, and Cloud Security/Compliance.\n\nExposure to multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud
