Meta Ads and SEO\n\nAssign clients and workload fairly, and set clear priorities and deadlines\n\nRun regular team check-ins and one-to-ones, and give practical feedback\n\nTrain new hires and help the team improve in campaign strategy, reporting and client handling\n\nSet performance goals for the team and review progress\n\nClient and Project Oversight\n\nTrack progress for every client and project, and step in early when something is falling behind\n\nReview campaign plans, performance and reports before they go to clients\n\nHandle escalations and support the team with difficult or unhappy clients\n\nManage key accounts directly where needed\n\nSpot upsell and renewal opportunities across the team's clients\n\nProcess and Coordination\n\nImprove team workflows, onboarding steps, reporting templates and quality checks\n\nCoordinate with designers, writers and developers so work is delivered on time\n\nReport team and client performance to management\n\nRequirements\nMust Have\n\nDiploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n4+ years in digital marketing or account management, ideally at an agency\n\nAt least 1–2 years leading, supervising or mentoring a team\n\nStrong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO\n\nAble to read campaign data, spot problems and guide the team on what to fix\n\nFluent in Mandarin (many of our clients communicate in Mandarin) with good English\n\nHighly organised, able to keep track of many clients and projects at once\n\nCalm, firm and professional with both clients and team members\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or reporting dashboards\n\nExperience with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana,
