emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, and contribute to process improvement and innovation. \n· Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards and best practices (For Senior Engineers)\n· \nRequired Technical Skills\n· Back-end: Node.js (preferred), Java, Microservices architecture, API Gateway patterns. \n· Front-end: React, Next, TypeScript, State management, responsive design, performance tuning. \n· Databases: SQL, NoSQL, Redis, Query optimization. \n· DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines\n· Security: OAuth2, OWASP compliance, vulnerability assessments. \n\nQualifications\n· BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA in Computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. \n· Proven experience in full-stack Java development, including object-oriented design and common design patterns. \n· Familiarity with enterprise applications, service-oriented architectures, and business process management. \n· Relevant certifications (optional but preferred) may include AWS, Java-specific certifications. \n\nDesired Attributes\n· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n· Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and client interactions.\n· Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and
