The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas, including Provider, Networks and Pricing, Membership, Billing and Plan Configuration, or Claims and Encounters.\n\nThis role requires a combination of FACETS functional knowledge, technical development expertise, advanced SQL capabilities, and experience building custom FACETS extensions and integrations. The successful candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform.\nParticipate in end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nDevelop and support custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and interface solutions.\nAnalyse business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions.\nDevelop solutions across one or more of the following functional areas: Provider, Network Management and Pricing Group, Membership, Billing and Class/Plan Configuration, Claims Processing and Encounters.\nCreate and optimise complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes.\nSupport FACETS batch job development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimisation.\nPerform root cause analysis and resolve production issues related to FACETS applications.\nCollaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.\nParticipate in system integration testing, UAT support, release management, and deployment activities.\nSupport FACETS implementations, upgrade initiatives, regulatory mandates, and modernisation programs.\nFollow Agile delivery practices and actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.\n\nRequirements: \n7+ years of overall IT experience.\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience.\nExperience working in Healthcare Payer environments.\nProven experience supporting FACETS implementation and enhancement projects.\nStrong development experience in the TriZetto FACETS platform.\nHands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas: Provider, Networks and Pricing Group, Membership, Billing and Class/Plan, Claims and Encounters.\nStrong understanding of: FACETS Front-End Functionality, FACETS Batch Processes, FACETS Backend Data Models, FACETS Configuration and Extensions.\nAdvanced SQL development and performance tuning skills.\nStrong. NET development experience.\nExperience developing and supporting FACETS customisations and extensions.\nExperience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.\nExperience working in healthcare environments.\nFamiliarity with Healthcare Payer business processes and regulatory requirements.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Git, and CI/CD practices.\nExposure to FACETS upgrade and modernisation programs.\nKnowledge of integration technologies, APIs, web services, and healthcare data exchanges.\nAgile/Scrum development experience.\n\nKey Competencies: \nFACETS Application Development, Healthcare Payer Domain Expertise, SQL Development and Data Analysis.
