AI Engineer – Copilot, Bot & Automation Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer - Copilot, Bot & Automation Developer who can design, develop, deploy, and manage intelligent AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions across Microsoft and AI platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Teams App Development, Power Platform, OpenAI integrations, NLP, AI Engineering, SQL databases, API integrations, and Azure services.

The candidate should be capable of building enterprise-grade AI solutions integrated with SharePoint, Teams, enterprise applications, databases, and third-party platforms while ensuring scalability, governance, and security compliance.

The role also requires expertise in Generative AI technologies, conversational AI, workflow automation, AI orchestration, and secure enterprise AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered bots, copilots, AI agents, and virtual assistants
• Build enterprise AI applications using OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, NLP, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
• Develop and deploy bots/apps on Microsoft Teams and Azure platforms
• Develop workflow automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and SQL workflows
• Create conversational AI solutions with semantic search and AI-powered knowledge retrieval
• Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, Graph API, and webhooks
• Develop AI-enabled knowledge management and intelligent automation solutions
• Implement authentication, RBAC, SSO, and secure API integrations
• Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs
