This role ensures efficient procurement execution, vendor master data integrity, and support of procurement-related master data (including Purchase Info Records) in SAP. Works closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, IT, Facilities, HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing and Direct Purchasing.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Execute sourcing and procurement activities for indirect materials and services (e.g., MRO, IT, Marketing, Logistics services, professional services).\n· Establish and document standardized procurement processes, and work cross-functionally with different departments to ensure consistent implementation and adherence.\n· Support RFQ/RFP processes including supplier identification, bid evaluation, and commercial negotiations.\n· Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and delivery requirements.\n· Maintain and govern vendor master data, including creation, updates, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.\n· Support SAP procurement master data, including creation and maintenance of Purchase Info Records (PIRs) in alignment with sourcing decisions.\n· Ensure alignment between contracts, purchase orders, and system data (pricing, lead times, terms).\n· Partner with Direct Purchasing and Planning teams to ensure consistency in supplier data and procurement parameters.\n· Monitor supplier performance and support issue resolution related to quality, delivery, and invoicing.\n· Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities and process improvements within indirect procurement.\n· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, approval workflows, and financial controls.\n· Support internal stakeholders by translating business needs into procurement actions and sourcing strategies.\n· Maintain accurate procurement documentation and support audit readiness.\nKPI’s\n· Indirect spend cost savings vs. target\n· Purchase order cycle time and accuracy\n· Vendor master data accuracy and completeness\n· On-time delivery and supplier performance metrics\n· Compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements\nRequirements\nSkills and Attributes\n· Experience in indirect procurement within a global manufacturing environment\n· Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA\n· Working knowledge of vendor master data and procurement master data (e.g., PIRs)\n· Strong analytical and negotiation skills\n· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n· Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills\n· High attention to detail and data accuracy\n· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard business tools\n· Effective communication skills across global teams\n· Some travel to local and global suppliers may be required\nPreferred Qualifications\n· BA/BS degree in business, supply chain management, Engineering or related field plus 4+ years’ experience in indirect purchasing or procurement roles.\n· Experience in Purchase Requests to Purchase Order processes, commercial contracts, terms, and negotiations.\n· Experience using planning & procurement systems like SAP S4 Hana and Coupa.\nWhy Zero Motorcycles\nZero Motorcycles, a leader and innovator in electric motorcycles and commercial powertrains, incorporates advanced technology, stunning design and commitment to environmental benefits.
