This position reports directly to an experienced CTO with decades of experience at Google, Netflix, Apple, Twilio and other tech-focused companies.We’re looking for a senior frontend engineer to help design and build our service from the ground up. You should have built big things before, have opinions about what works and what doesn’t, and can work independently on even bigger things. There isn’t always going to be a clear map that explains how to get where we want to go, so you should be comfortable trying to understand our customer needs really well, be given some UI sketches, a data schema, and coworkers to collaborate with, and be excited to figure out the rest from there.What We're Looking For:\n5+ years of experience at 2-3+ tech-focused companies\n\nExpert knowledge of React/TypeScript\n\nExpert knowledge of HTML/CSS\n\nSolid grasp of UX design fundamentals and the ability to translate an idea into reasonable basic UI\n\nThe more experience with any/all of these, the better:\nGraphQL\n\nChakra or another UI component toolkit\n\nReact Native\n\nSolid knowledge of HTTP protocol\n\nEven more UX design skills than mentioned above\n\nWriting GraphQL resolvers on the backend\n\nMongoDB\n\nAWS Cognito/Lambda/DocumentDB/API Gateway/CloudFormation\n\nWriting good technical documentation\n\nWorking knowledge of managed cloud-service software development, esp.
