Working across engineering, quality, safety, and regulatory functions, you will help drive continuous improvement, support certification activities, develop competence frameworks, and contribute to the highest standards of airworthiness, safety, and operational excellence as we bring the future of zero-emission aviation to market.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure compliance with CAA Part 21J regulations and support airworthiness, certification, and DOA approval activities.\nMaintain and improve the Integrated Business Management System (IBMS), including quality processes, audits, and document control.\nSupport safety investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and safety risk management activities.\nDevelop and maintain training and competence frameworks, ensuring regulatory and organisational compliance.\nCollaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to promote continuous improvement in quality, safety, and airworthiness performance.\nKey Requirements\nDegree-qualified in Aerospace Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\nWorking knowledge of CAA/EASA Part 21 and Design Organisation Approval (DOA) requirements.\nExperience in airworthiness, quality, safety, or regulatory compliance within an aviation environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with audits and root cause investigations.\nEffective communicator with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nBenefits\nWhy Join Us?\nWe want to help you be your best self, at work and at home, that’s why we provide our employees with…\nPrivate health and dental care - get access to services and support when you need them.
