You thrive in the opportunity to grow and adapt, and enjoy making a positive impact on your team and assisting in their professional development.\nWhat you will do:\nStaff Management: Hire, coach, and motivate a team of 15+ people across multiple locations. Handle scheduling, training, and ensuring high service standards.\nOperational Excellence: Improve and take on new processes and operating procedures and implement them with all team members and locations.\nCustomer Service: Prioritize guest experience and enable your team to do the same. Ensuring your team is able to provide a positive experience and being available to step in and address client questions or issues that arise during a meal service.\nWork collaboratively: Work closely with sales to win new accounts and grow our existing customers.
