The successful candidate will work with the corporate IT team on daily operations and long-term IT goals, covering in-house support, global team assistance across India and other locations, and end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding.\n\nRole And Responsibilities :\n\n- Respond to in-house and remote IT requests from employees via walk-in, email, and service tickets; document all interactions in the ITSM ticketing system\n\n- Support the India office and global teams, handling incidents and requests across time zones\n\n- Resolve employee issues through cross-departmental collaboration; stay current on software and hardware updates\n\n- Work with employees and IT staff to gather requirements, assess impact on existing systems, and implement solutions\n\n- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and IT documentation\n\n- Procure, configure, and stage devices (laptops, peripherals, mobile) fully before a new hire's first day\n\n- Enroll devices via MDM (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji) and provision accounts through IdP platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) with appropriate SSO, MFA, and access rights\n\n- Coordinate with HR and department leads to complete onboarding tasks on schedule for local and global hires\n\n- Execute offboarding procedures - account deprovisioning, device retrieval or remote wipe, and license reclamation\n\n- Maintain an accurate catalog of hardware assets, software licenses, and user assignments\n\n- Administer MDM and IdP platforms for policy configuration, compliance, and user lifecycle management across global endpoints\n\n- Manage ITSM tools for incident tracking, change management, and asset management\n\n- Perform hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs for computers, handheld devices, and peripherals\n\n- Work with the systems team to ensure applications are patched on time per security and compliance requirements\n\nRequirements :\n\nRequired Qualifications and Skills :\n\n- 3+ years of IT support or similar experience\n\n- 1+ years working with various hardware and software, including Apple laptops\n\n- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune, or Kandji) for device enrollment, policy enforcement, and compliance\n\n- Proficiency with IdP solutions (Okta, Azure AD, or OneLogin) including SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management\n\n- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk or Freshservice) for ticketing, SLA tracking, and asset management\n\n- Proven ability to manage IT onboarding and offboarding end-to-end\n\n- Ability to support distributed teams across multiple time zones\n\n- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills\n\n- Fluent in written and spoken English\n\n- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends\n\nDesired Qualifications And Skills :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\n\n- Prior experience supporting employees across India and global offices\nSkills\nIdentity Management, ITSM, MDM, Ticketing System, IT Operations, Jamf Pro, MS Intune, Okta, SSO Integration, ServiceNow, Zendesk System","description_format":"text","description_chars":3195,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":4,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Threat Intelligence","Information Security"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-17T03:17:59Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Senior or Specialist Worker, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker;
