Positioning, demand generation, brand, content, PR, events, partner marketing, sales enablement: you own all of it, strategy and execution alike. There's no team to delegate to and no playbook to inherit. You'll decide what matters, build it yourself, measure it, and then decide what to build next.\nYou'll work directly with the CEO, in a market where the technology is genuinely new and the category doesn't fully exist yet. That's the hard part, and it's also the opportunity.\nWhat You'll Do\nPositioning & Brand\nPioneer the category of “Least Agency” for both AI and human access and work.\nOwn our positioning, messaging, and brand narrative end to end.\nTurn deeply technical security architecture into stories that CISOs, network architects, and partners immediately understand.\nBuild and hold our voice across the website, collateral, and every customer-facing asset.\nDemand & Growth\nBuild and run demand generation across the channels that actually work for enterprise security buyers.\nOwn our social presence, with an initial focus on LinkedIn.\nTest fast, measure honestly, replace what doesn't work, double down on what does.\nPartners, PR & Industry\nDrive joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners, in a partner-first go-to-market.\nOwn our presence at security conferences and industry events.\nDrive PR, analyst relations, and thought leadership.\nProduct Marketing & Enablement\nBuild the sales narrative, collateral, battlecards, and competitive positioning.\nGive sales and partners the material they need to win deals.\nBuild the Marketing Function\nWrite the marketing strategy and translate it into a plan with numbers attached.\nStand up the tools, processes, content engine, and infrastructure needed to scale.\nUse AI to operate like a much bigger team: research, content production, campaign ops, and analysis.\nShape what this function becomes, and hire into it when the time is right.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\n6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a track record of owning initiatives end to end.\nCybersecurity or network security domain experience. You understand the buyer, the market, and the language. \nAt least one full tenure at an early-stage startup. You've built marketing where nothing existed yet: no team, no category, no playbook to inherit. \nNative English. \nDeep, professional, hands-on work with AI. Not experiments. Real workflows you've built and rely on daily.\nHungry, hands-on, and fast. You'd rather ship this week and improve next week than plan for a quarter.\nStrong strategic thinking paired with genuine execution: you write the plan and then you build it.\nExcellent storytelling and written communication.\nStrong business orientation.
