That's exactly the point.\nWho We Are\nZeroport is pioneering Least Agency for AI and human network access.\nOur hardware-enforced architecture creates physical boundaries between AI agents, human users, and critical systems, limiting what they can reach and do by design.\nWe're a focused, technical team with a strong builder mentality, moving fast to redefine how humans and AI securely interact with the world's most critical systems.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our team and own procurement, material planning, and supply chain management for our hardware products.\nThis is a hands-on role in a fast-paced hardware startup environment, combining material planning and demand forecasting, end-to-end procurement, and close work with our contract manufacturers to keep production on schedule.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead material requirements planning and demand forecasting based on BOMs, customer project timelines, the order backlog, and the sales pipeline\nManage the procurement process, from order placement to delivery, covering components, equipment, and materials required for customer-delivered products and systems\nConduct supplier evaluations and price comparisons, and prioritize procurement based on customer project timelines and product requirements\nEnsure availability of critical components and coordinate payments and approvals\nManage lead times, component shortages, and end-of-life (EOL) risks, and work with R&D to source alternative parts\nStreamline procurement and planning processes to reduce lead times\nPlan and monitor inventory levels of components and electronic boards\nBuild and maintain structured processes for order intake, tracking, and usage planning\nCreate, maintain, and update BOMs (Bill of Materials) for all company products\nPlan and prepare board assembly orders with our contract manufacturers, from production feasibility checks and production packages to quantities and timing\nServe as a point of contact for our contract manufacturers and track assembly execution through completion\nManage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors \nMonitor production schedules and supplier delivery performance\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain planning in hardware/electronics/manufacturing environments\nExperience in supply chain optimization and process improvement initiatives\nExperience working with international suppliers and PCB/PCBA contract manufacturers\nProven experience in material requirements planning (MRP) and demand forecasting\nHigh proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)\nExperience using AI tools and automation to streamline work processes\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively across teams\nNice to Have\nBackground in hardware startups, ideally with networking knowledge\nExperience with Priority ERP\nTechnical understanding of PCB/PCBA manufacturing processes\nWhy Join Us\nBe part of designing innovative solutions for some of the toughest challenges in network security\nFlexible work setup, minimal bureaucracy\nReal ownership and impact from day one\nA collaborative and innovative work culture\nCompetitive salary and benefits\nLet's build it together!\nEven if you don’t meet every requirement -
