You'll work across backend services, enterprise data and context, AI agents, workflow orchestration, integrations, evaluation, and production operations.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and build scalable Python services and APIs for AI workflows, context resolution, orchestration, integrations, evaluation, tracing, and audit.\nBuild enterprise integrations with databases, APIs, documents, events, files, webhooks, and MCP.\nDevelop reliable asynchronous workflows using queues, events, and state machines with retries, idempotency, timeouts, and failure recovery.\nBuild secure, tenant-aware systems with permissions, provenance, lineage, auditability, and data governance.\nIntegrate LLMs and AI tools with structured outputs, validation, guardrails, fallbacks, tracing, and regression evaluation.\nOwn testing, releases, migrations, observability, and production operations.\nContribute to frontend/full-stack development when required.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience building and operating production software.\nStrong expertise in Python, API development, relational databases, transactions, migrations, testing, and asynchronous workloads.\nExperience with PostgreSQL, queues/event systems, background jobs, caching, and concurrency.\nExperience integrating enterprise/third-party systems, authentication, permissions, webhooks, rate limits, and failure recovery.\nHands-on cloud/platform experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, logging, metrics, tracing, and deployment automation.\nPractical experience building LLM/AI systems beyond prompt experimentation, including RAG/retrieval, tool use, structured outputs, evaluation, and guardrails.\nGood to Have: FastAPI, Pydantic, Redis, Kafka/queues, workflow engines, vector databases, MCP, LangChain/Langflow, TypeScript, React, Docker, Kubernetes.
