What's the role?\nAs a Business Analyst within our Digital Services team, you'll be at the centre of delivering solutions that make a real difference across our global business. Reporting to the Solution Delivery Manager, you'll partner with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, solve complex challenges and turn ideas into practical, value-driven solutions.\nIn this role, you'll:\nPartner with business leaders and teams to understand challenges, opportunities and desired outcomes.\nTranslate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories and functional specifications.\nFacilitate workshops and lead conversations that drive alignment and unlock innovative thinking.\nAnalyse and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.\nContribute to both large-scale transformation initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.\nWork across data, reporting, integrations and business applications to deliver practical and scalable solutions.\nSupport successful solution delivery, user adoption and smooth transition into operational teams.\nKo wai koe? Who are you?\nWith proven Business Analysis experience and a passion for solving complex business problems, you will meet the following selection criteria:\nExperience as a Business Analyst within a large and complex organisation. \nStrong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories and functional documentation. \nExperience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. \nKnowledge of ERP or CRM platforms, ideally SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise systems. \nExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills. \nA proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes through collaboration. \nHe aha e tika ai a Zespri?
